Prakashan Kuttamath, a native of Payyanur in Kannur district, Kerala, hails from the esteemed Kuttamath family—renowned traditional artists with a rich legacy in sculpture and fine arts. Known as a visionary and an unparalleled sculptor in bronze, Prakashan has a particular fascination for portraiture.

During the 1990s, he was active in commercial arts and later worked as a graphic designer in the Middle East for a brief period. Today, he is a prominent figure in Kerala’s art scene as a key member of Insight Outdoor Media and a life member of the Chitrakala Parishath.

Prakashan has actively participated in numerous art camps and exhibitions, including prestigious international shows such as “Revived Emotions” in Bangkok, Thailand, and Fusion Art – 2023 at the Picasso Gallery in Dubai, organized by the Fusion Art Foundation.

With a strong foundation in traditional sculpture and contemporary media, Prakashan Kuttamath continues to contribute significantly to the arts both locally and internationally.
