He was born in 1962 at Kunhimangalam – Payyannur, Kannur Dt., Kerala state in India. Roshni is also a retired teacher who has passed Diploma in Fine Arts and KGTE.
He has painted many pictures. Colour is present in the field of arts and culture. Participated in many painting camps and exhibitions conducted by organisations like Kerala Chitrakala Parishath, Kerala Lalitha Kala Academy and Karnataka Chitrakala Parishath. He has received awards and other recognitions as an artist.

He has participated in camps and exhibitions in states like Kerala, Karnataka, Pondichery, Hyderabad and Delhi. He has also participated in the international art exhibition held in Bangkok 2020,fusion art – 2023 organized by Fusion Art Foundation, Picasso gallery Dubai..
